Donna McKechnie:

Donna McKechnie is an American musical theater dancer, singer, actress, and choreographer. She played the role of "Cassie" in the original cast for the  musical A CHORUS LINE , (Michael Bennet, Marvin Hamlisch, Edward Kleban) for which she earned the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical in 1976. She is also known for playing Amanda Harris/Olivia Corey on the Gothic soap opera, Dark Shadows

Jodi Benson: Benson's Broadway credits include a role in the Broadway musical Smile, where she introduced a song called "Disneyland". (Howard Ashman / Marvin Hamlisch)  In 1992, Benson received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as Polly Baker in Crazy For You.

Doug LaBrecque:

Doug LaBrecque thrilled theatre audiences as The Phantom and Raoul in the Harold Prince production of The Phantom of the Opera.  In addition, Mr. LaBrecque has starred on Broadway as Ravenal in the Hal Prince revival of Showboat, A constant guest artist with Composer Marvin hamlisch, he also toured nationally with Les Miserables. and had leading roles in Candide, A Chorus Line, Man of LaMancha among many others.

The Palm Beach Pops is an integral part of the performing cultural arts community in South Florida and is recognized as one of the finest orchestras in the country. The Palm Beach Pops remains focused on its commitment to attract and excite audiences with world-class performances and internationally celebrated artists.

To encourage a greater appreciation, understanding and enjoyment of live music through the development of a world-renowned symphonic pops orchestra devoted to the performance of the music of America and the American Songbook.

To expose students to new learning experiences through music and live performances with professional musicians and musical artists and positive role models, developing creativity and providing tools for communication, and enabling them to build a strong sense of self.

The Palm Beach Pops orchestra is made up of some of the most talented musicians in the country who have been with the Pops since its beginnings, and all are an integral part of the The Palm Beach Pops family. It is the dedication and commitment of these musicians that keeps the music playing.
